Launch with Rahmlad is a full-service CAC (Corporate Affairs Commission) business registration platform built under Rahmlad Solutions, designed to make formal business registration in Nigeria fast, clear, and accessible. The CAC registration process is traditionally opaque and bureaucratic, Launch turns it into a guided digital workflow that any founder can complete in minutes. Users select their registration type (Business Name, Limited Company, NGO/Incorporated Trustees, Annual Returns, TIN setup), then move through a multi-step form wizard with conditional fields tailored to their specific service. Required documents are submitted digitally, and payment is handled through Paystack integration. A secure personal dashboard allows users to track their application's progress through each processing stage and retrieve their official documents once registration is complete. An admin order management interface gives the accredited CAC agent team a clear queue to process applications efficiently. The platform also features a referral programme offering 3% commission and a ₦500 signup bonus.
GOALS
Launch taught me to design for users who are stressed and unfamiliar with a process, where clarity and trust matter more than feature density. Integrating Paystack for real transactional flows and building secure document handling gave me practical experience with the full stack of a commercial SaaS product. More personally, seeing the platform help Nigerian entrepreneurs formalize their businesses, something that was previously confusing and time-consuming, made this one of the most directly impactful projects I've shipped under Rahmlad Solutions.

CHALLENGES
The core UX challenge was designing a multi-step form that felt simple to users who were navigating legal paperwork, often for the first time, while correctly handling the different field requirements across registration types. On the technical side, tying together the Paystack payment flow, document upload pipeline, application status tracking, and user dashboard into a coherent state model required careful orchestration. Ensuring that a completed payment reliably triggered the correct application state, with no gaps where a user could pay but their order not register, was critical to trust.
